Jay is an innovative executive and technology evangelist with a passion for translating technology into business value in a collaborative environment. Driven and forward-thinking, with extensive experience in application architecture, application development, strategic planning, quality assurance, UX, program management. Jay has a proven track record of building exceptional teams and highly successful implementations of forward-looking architectures in mobile, cloud, distributed and mainframe environments, including a $150M legacy modernization to the cloud.

Jay received his B.S. in Management Science and Computer Systems at Oklahoma State University and is honored to be an Arkansas Academy of Computing Inductee. He is also a founding member of the University of Arkansas Blockchain Center of Excellence, a member of Governor Asa Hutchinson’s Task Force on Blockchain Technology, and a former member of the Fayetteville Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. Outside the office, Jay feeds his creativity and curiosity through woodworking, gardening, and beekeeping. Jay’s wife of 30 years and his ever-growing family share his love of the outdoors and spend as much time as possible camping, hiking, and biking together.
